Only companies based in Nuremberg are allowed to produce Nürnberger Rostbratwürste, and the original recipe, handed down through the generations, is not allowed to be altered or adjusted: Original Nürnberger Rostbratwürste are made of pork with the typical seasoning of salt, pepper and marjoram.
